The platform

Everything between a first visit and a serviced facility

Seven layers, built to work together. Data connections that stay alive, an engine that turns raw platform data into credit measures, an origination flow borrowers finish, and the console a credit team actually works from.

Data connections

Read-only links to the systems that already measure a business, brokered through regulated aggregators.

Underwriting from live data only works if the connections stay alive. This layer handles authorisation, token refresh, re-authentication prompts, historical backfill and connection health monitoring, so the credit team is never quietly working from stale numbers.

  • Banking and transaction data through regulated aggregation providers.
  • Advertising platform performance from Meta, Google and Amazon.
  • Payment and commerce data from Stripe, PayPal, Adyen and Shopify.
  • Accounting ledgers for revenue, payables and receivables.
  • Automatic historical backfill when a new connection is established.
  • Connection health surfaced to both the borrower and the credit team.

Underwriting engine

Turns raw connected data into the metrics a credit decision actually needs.

Raw platform data is not a credit assessment. The engine normalises across sources, reconciles advertising spend against revenue, and derives the measures that determine whether a facility is sound: acquisition payback, return on spend, lifetime value, retention, seasonality and cash conversion.

  • CAC payback curves derived from cohort behaviour rather than averages.
  • Blended and per-channel return on ad spend.
  • Lifetime value and retention modelling.
  • Revenue seasonality and concentration analysis.
  • Cash conversion and working capital cycle measurement.
  • Facility sizing and repayment structure generated from the result.

Origination and agreements

From application through offer to an executed facility agreement, in one flow.

The borrower journey is the product. Applicants move from registration through identity checks, business profiling and account connection to a presented offer, and sign a legally executed agreement without leaving the platform.

  • Guided application with progress preserved across sessions.
  • One-time-passcode verification for email and phone.
  • Structured business profile and funding requirement capture.
  • Offer presentation with clear terms and an explicit accept or decline.
  • Electronic signature capture with a full audit trail.

Borrower dashboard

The same numbers the lender underwrites on, presented to the borrower.

Most lending relationships run on two different sets of numbers. Here there is one. Borrowers see their facility, their draws and repayments, and the performance metrics that determine their limit, updated as the underlying data updates.

  • Current limit, drawn balance and repayment schedule.
  • Acquisition and revenue performance over time.
  • Per-platform advertising breakdowns.
  • Connection management, including revoking access.
  • Account, security and notification settings.

Servicing and monitoring

Data keeps flowing after funding, so limits move with the business.

A facility sized once and reviewed annually is a facility that is wrong most of the time. Connections stay live after funding, metrics are recomputed on a schedule, and material changes surface to the credit team as they happen rather than at renewal.

  • Scheduled recomputation of underwriting metrics.
  • Limit reassessment as performance improves or deteriorates.
  • Repayment tracking against the agreed structure.
  • Risk signals raised to the credit team when thresholds move.

Risk and operations console

Where the credit team actually works: pipeline, reports, exceptions and audit.

The internal console is not an afterthought bolted onto a borrower app. It carries the application pipeline, the underwriting report behind every decision, portfolio-level views, exception handling and a complete record of who changed what.

  • Application pipeline with stage-by-stage visibility.
  • Full underwriting report for every applicant, with the inputs behind it.
  • Portfolio and borrower-level dashboards.
  • Raw data export for offline analysis and model work.
  • Audit trails across administrative actions.

Security and access control

Financial data handled the way financial data has to be handled.

The platform never holds the credentials to a borrower account. Authorisation happens with the provider, access is read-only, and borrowers can revoke a connection at any time. Internally, access is least-privilege and administrative actions are recorded.

  • No storage of third-party account credentials.
  • Read-only data access, revocable by the borrower.
  • Encryption in transit, with sensitive fields protected at rest.
  • Role-based access control across borrower and administrative surfaces.
  • Recorded administrative actions, including support impersonation.

How we build

Engineered for credit-grade reliability

Lending software has to be right every time — a small error in a calculation becomes a mispriced loan. Every engineering decision we make starts from that.

Precise by design

Every amount, rate and limit is validated before it is stored or used, so a calculation error is caught long before it can reach a facility.

Rigorously tested

The calculations behind credit decisions and the journeys borrowers walk through are covered by automated tests on every change.

Every change traceable

Changes to data and structure are reviewed, versioned and reversible. Loan records are never altered without a trail.

Visible in real time

Connection health, data syncs and job outcomes are surfaced to operators as they happen, not discovered later.
